Offline Warning

Postby Baker » 28 Nov 2010, 08:51

I need to update our phpBB software. This will require the forum going offline for a wee while.

I'm going to wait a few hours, so that--hopefully--most of you will be in bed when I do it.

 No, actually, I am having problems doing the upgrade. I gave up in frustration yesterday. I'll try again this afternoon (my time). But at least I didn't break it. (Deej would have my guts for garters, else. ;) )

How about you make a backup of all files. In case something goes wrong you just have to re-upload the old files :-)

She does back up's all the time, there's a glitch in the software download. Good thing it's her and not me working with it, or it would be the end of the forum. rofl rofl rofl
